You don't need to prepare, that's the beauty of the initial consultation with Foundera. You just tell us your idea and we answer all your questions. However, you can speed up the process if you already know what legal form you want. In this case, you can prepare the following things.

 


What can I already take to the initial consultation?

Depending on the legal form, we may need more or less information to start your business.

Sole proprietorship
  • A description of your project
  • Your full name
  • Your home address
  • Your nationality and hometown (if Swiss nationality)
  • The desired company name
  • The address of the company (if not at your place of residence)
GmbH
  • A description of your project
  • Full name, address, nationality and hometown (if nationality CH) of all founders
  • The desired company name
  • The amount & distribution of the share capital (min. 20'000 CHF)
  • The address of the company
Stock corporation
  • A description of your project
  • Full name, address, nationality and hometown (if nationality CH) of all directors and managing directors
  • The desired company name
  • The amount & distribution of the share capital (min. 100'000 CHF)
  • The address of the company
